A Better Florist Hong Kong: Fresh Bouquets

23 June 2017 in HONG KONG, SHOPPING

With my Hong Kong chapter ending, I was delighted to receive a lovely gift in the form of a big bouquet of flowers from A Better Florist Hong Kong, a little something to enjoy before I pack up, get on my one way flight and begin my next chapter. :)

I’ve already heard about A Better Florist previously, as they are a popular start-up from Singapore, offering a variety of beautiful flower bouquets on their online store with delivery service. They have recently launched in Hong Kong as well, so for those of us living here, we get to enjoy the same bouquets as well! :)

I decided to pick a bouquet specifically for myself, thinking of it as a form of well wishes towards my coming new chapter! After some debating, I chose the beautiful ‘The Keira‘ bouquet (which was made up of a mix of flowers – roses, lilies, tulips, ammi majus etc.) and really liked how the yellow and purple colours stood out when I put them on display. :)

This was how the bouquet arrived

The bouquet was pretty  big and we managed to separate the whole bouquet into three bunches! (Hahaha, it’s not perfect I know, but we tried our best!)

A Better Florist gets their flowers fresh from Malaysia’s Cameron Highlands, a district well known for their flower nurseries. At the moment, the Hong Kong site has less bouquet options than the Singapore site, but despite that, it still has a variety of bouquets suitable for different occasions or people you’re giving flowers to, like the very romantic ‘The Julianne’ bouquet or something cheery like ‘The Ayla’. (See all bouquets here)

Hope this was useful in giving you an option for flower shopping for your next bouquet, whether for someone else or for yourself, because why not? ;) Best wishes and talk soon~

It's been a long tiring week, so I've been having a simple weekend: getting up for breakfasts, book shopping, picking up more books at the library, watching TV and cozy Youtube vlogs. :)

I usually fill my weekends with a full schedule, but 2020 has taught me that quiet slower ones are just as good. 😌

It's already November and I've missed posting abou It's already November and I've missed posting about the 6th blog anniversary of citygirlcitystories.com (which was in October)!

Running this personal lifestyle blog has been such a passion project. ⭐ 6 years in, this blog has journeyed with me from Hong Kong to Singapore, from university to working life. I'm still the same city girl exploring her city though, and I still have plenty of things to share. 😊

I've talked more on the blog (link in bio) with photo memories from the past 6 years. Check it out! 🤗
